General Return Policy

At Blakroad.com, products are custom-made per order, we do not support returns or exchanges if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or changed their mind. This is our policy for our unique, made-to-order products — these items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. 

However, if your item is defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing error, you may be eligible for a refund or a free reprint if you report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.

Refunds for eligible claims will be issued to your original payment method as appropriate.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Issue & Documentation Table 

Below is the official list of issue types and the required documentation when reporting an issue.

An issue with the quality of the print A clear photo of the product lying flat showing design and issue clearly visible.
An issue with print placement (off-center, wrong distance from collar) A clear photo of the product on a flat surface with a ruler/measuring tape showing the incorrect placement (tolerance applies).
Print in the wrong area A photo of the received product folded to clearly display both sides.
Wrong product received Photo of the product received with the size tag visible.
Issue with the product (incorrect size, brand, quality) Photo of the product where the design, issue, and/or size tag is clearly visible.
Product sizing issue (manufacturer’s defect) Photo of product laid flat showing measurements matching or outside catalog size chart (tolerance applies).
Issue with electronic device (manufacturer’s defect) Photo/video showing the issue clearly and demonstrating troubleshooting (if applicable).
Delivery-related product damage Photo or video showing the package, print, and damage.
Reprinted item has same issue Photo/video of both original and reprint in same frame showing the issue.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your issue and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
